Our Company: History Catchcon Engineering CC, established in 1998, is a Mining Equipment and Services company that came into existence as a result of the development of the Nieuwoudt Conveyor Belt Arrestor by, JH Nieuwoudt. Catchcon
is an innovative company, with highly skilled people, that offers
a range of services. This base is supplemented by strategic partnerships
that extend our service base into job creation in South Africa and
creates revenue for South Africa by selling the product to offshore
markets. Our constant investment in development and research ensures
that our solution and development teams stay abreast with advances
in technologies and industries, ensuring that Catchcon can provide
world-class business solutions and services to the mining conveyor
